Experience Required

For the residency we seek a veterinary surgeon, ideally with at least 2 years post-graduate exotic/zoo animal experience, which may include a suitable internship. Experience in clinical practice is essential. If English is your second language you will need to provide evidence that meet the programme’s English language entry level requirements. Program Description

Applications are invited for a Residency in Zoological Medicine. The resident will study towards a taught Masters in Veterinary Science and the European Diploma in Zoological Medicine (Zoo Health Management speciality). The resident will be involved in clinical work and clinical research and will be expected to submit for publication manuscripts based on their research work during the programme. The MSc in Veterinary Science will develop your clinical research skills and enhance universally important skills such as scientific writing, critical reading and statistical analysis of data. The programme is open to veterinary graduates holding a degree registrable with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
