ACZM Diplomate Dues 2010

This database will be used to manage the ACZM Diplomate roster and pay fees through the AAZV website. You will have the option to pay by credit card or check. If you pay by check, there will be an option for a printable invoice, which you will need to send with your payment. Checks will be made out to AAZV, and the funds will then be transferred to ACZM.

*You do not need to be an AAZV member to use this registration module. If this is the first time that you will be paying ACZM dues, you will be asked to register using a unique username and password. If you have paid dues through this online ACZM database management in past years, you will need to log in with the same username and password that you created last year. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact AAZVORG@aol.com.
 

*If you are an AAZV member, please DO NOT log in with your AAZV username and password. If you have already logged in with your AAZV information. please close your browser, and reopen your browser. Then return to the ACZM website and follow the link for dues payment. Please choose a unique username and password, which you will use to enter the ACZM database registration on an annual basis for renewal of dues. We realize that this is a minor inconvenience, but it allows us to keep the records of AAZV and ACZM separate.
