The Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine will once again open its doors from April 21-23, 2017 for its
14th biennial student-organized Special Species Symposium. This weekend conference explores current issues in
exotic pet, lab animal, zoo, wildlife, and conservation medicine. Organized by the CUCVM Zoo & Wildlife Society
(ZAWS), the 2017 Special Species Symposium will be the most impressive thus far, featuring lectures, wet labs, and
panel discussions by leaders in the aforementioned veterinary fields. Over the years, this academic event has
attracted hundreds of students, veterinarians, and animal health professionals from across North America.

We are excited to invite you to participate as a sponsor of this event, providing an excellent opportunity for your
company, products, and services to be represented to current and future veterinarians. Your contribution will be
integral to the success of this student-run Symposium. Currently, we have the following sponsorship opportunities:
General Sponsor: $100-$249 Gold Level Sponsor: $750-$999
Bronze Level Sponsor: $250-$499 Platinum Level Sponsor: $1,000 or more
Silver Level Sponsor: $500-$749
*Please see the accompanying sponsorship form for details.

We truly value your participation in this conference at any level. Without your help, it would not be possible for us to
host the Special Species Symposium, a proven educational forum for exposing students to the most current trends
and developments in the diverse fields of exotic, zoo, lab animal, wildlife, and conservation medicine. We hope to
meet our fundraising goals by January 31st, 2017 and any donation you can make by this date is greatly appreciated.

Please feel free to contact Kristina Ceres with any questions or for confirmation of your sponsorship. Checks can be
made payable to Cornell University (Memo: 2017 SSS) and mailed to:
