This year, for the first time, this conference will be hosted and sponsored primarily by the recently launched Bostiber Institute for Wildlife Fertility Control, a partnership between The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and the Dietrich W. Botstiber Foundation (DWBF).

The conference will be held in Washington, D.C. to encourage attendance and participation of federal agencies and legislators seeking to learn about current wildlife fertility control research and how these methods could be applied to wildlife population management globally.
