This is a 1 year position with the possibility of re-appointment for an additional 2 years. Duties include bringing student-related issues to the committee chair and vice-chair throughout the year, helping with social media postings, and helping keep students apprised of opportunities in zoo medicine. Please submit a letter of interest introducing yourself and detailing how you would use this leadership role to connect with other students interested in zoo and wildlife medicine. Letters should be submitted to Dr. Kim Rainwater at firstname.lastname@example.org by June 15, 2016. The appointed representative will be announced at the Membership/Education Committee meeting during the annual AAZV conference in July.
