All membership types (except family member) will receive the Journal of Zoo and Wildlife Medicine online as part of their membership benefits.  If you wish to receive PRINTED COPIES of the Journal in addition to the online subscription, you must select that option below.   There is no option to receive the printed Journal without the online subscription.  There is no option to receive the printed Journal with the Developing Nation Limited Membership.  If you do not provide an email address, you will not be able to get the Journal online with Allen Press.

Active Member
    

An Active member must be actively engaged in the practice of zoological medicine or management on a full or part-time basis for a minimum of four (4) years and has been an Associate Member for four (4) years. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE.

The fee for this option is $215.
Active Member - Printed Journal - North American
    

An Active member must be actively engaged in the practice of zoological medicine or management on a full or part-time basis for a minimum of four (4) years and has been an Associate Member for four (4) years. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE, AND A PRINT COPY OF THE JOURNAL.

The fee for this option is $231.
Active Member - Printed Journal - Non-North American
    

An Active member, residing outside of North America, must be actively engaged in the practice of zoological medicine or management on a full or part-time basis for a minimum of four (4) years and has been an Associate Member for four (4) years. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE, AND A PRINT COPY OF THE JOURNAL.

The fee for this option is $247.
Associate Member
    

Any veterinarian or other qualified individual approved by the Executive Committee who does not fulfill the requirements for Active Membership. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE.

The fee for this option is $215.
Associate Member - Printed Journal - North American
    

Any veterinarian or other qualified individual approved by the Executive Committee who does not fulfill the requirements for Active Membership. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE, AND A PRINT COPY OF THE JOURNAL.

Any veterinarian or other qualified individual, residing outside North America, approved by the Executive Committee who does not fulfill the requirements for Active Membership. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE, AND A PRINT COPY OF THE JOURNAL.

The fee for this option is $247.
Active Family Member
    

Active Family Member is for a second member of a household who is a veterinarian or other individual qualified for Active membership.  The Active Family Member in good standing shall enjoy all rights and privileges of the Association enjoyed by Active Members except that no Active Family Member shall receive a subscription to the Journal of Zoo and Wildlife Medicine.
Associate Family Member
    

Associate Family Member is for a second member of a household who is a veterinarian or other qualified individual qualified for the Associate membership.  The Associate Family Member in good standing shall enjoy all rights and privileges of the Association enjoyed by Associate Members except that no Associate Family Member shall receive a subscription to the Journal of Zoo and Wildlife Medicine.
Developing Nation Limited Membership
    

A Developing Nation Limited Membership member must be a citizen of one of the countries listed as Developing Nation and he or she must be actively engaged in veterinary medicine in a Developing Nation.  (See list at http://www.aazv.org/displaycommon.cfm?an=1&subarticlenbr=726)  SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE.

The fee for this option is $10 (U.S.) per year for the first 500 members in 2012.  The Wildlife Conservation Society is paying the remaining $5 for each of the first 500 members.
Student Member
    

Any student in an accredited veterinary college, university, or institution. This includes veterinary medical students, interns, residents, and grad students. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE.

The fee for this option is $121.
Student Member - Printed Journal - North American
    

Any student in an accredited veterinary college, university, or institution. This includes veterinary medical students, interns, residents, and grad students. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE, AND A PRINT COPY OF THE JOURNAL.

The fee for this option is $137.
Student Member - Printed Journal - Non-North American
    

Any student, residing outside of North America, in an accredited veterinary college, university, or institution. This includes veterinary medical students, interns, residents, and grad students. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE, AND A PRINT COPY OF THE JOURNAL.

The fee for this option is $152.
Retired
    

Retired members pay dues and receive the same status as active members. SELECTING THIS OPTION ALLOWS THE MEMBER ACCESS TO THE ONLINE JOURNAL OF ZOO AND WILDLIFE MEDICINE.
