TOP AAZV News Story
  • This news item does not include images of lesions, or questions around deworming doses, or debates around what pathology terms can be correctly used when describing a observation at necropsy, BUT it does include an invitation to an awesome conference, hosted in an awesome place!!!

Please join us in Colorado on 5-6 October for the Zoobiquity Conference. It is co-hosted by the vet school (me!), and the School of Medicine in Denver. Day one will be in Fort Collins at Colorado State University and day two will be at the med school. Both locations have much to see and we will have tours, presentations, roundtables, social events, etc (see attached schedule). This years conference will focus on stem cell therapy/regenerative medicine and we have great material to share in non-domestic species including hoofed stock and carnivores.

Please go to https://zoobiquity.colostate.edu to get registration information.

Career Center

Visit the Career Center hosted by AAZV, formerly the AAZV Job Bank.  This new site is the next generation of the job search.  Here you have the advantage to review job postings and post your resume in a secure environment plus you have something in common with the hiring entity or career advice provider.  Our community is perfectly suited for career help and counsel, job search and placement as well as locating eligible candidates.  The best part is it is available round the clock and can meet the demands of your schedule.

If you are considering a job posting for an Internship or Residency, be aware that all of these programs are listed in the Education Center and do not need to be listed as Job Posting.  If you prefer to list on both venues, you may do so.  For all new job postings, there is a $100 charge. After payment through the Online Store, you will be provided with the link to submit the posting. There is no charge to extend the Deadline Date up to one year from the time of the original posting.
