Ungulate TB Monitoring Program

TB in Zoos?
During 2003 to 2006, Lincoln Park Zoo implemented a web based Ungulate Tuberculosis Monitoring Program on behalf of the National Tuberculosis Working Group for Zoo and Wildlife Species and AZA. We are requesting your participation in a 20 question survey. This survey is designed to collect two types of information; your involvement with the Association of Zoos and Aquariums Ungulate Tuberculosis Monitoring Program and/or your perception of health and regulatory risks associated with TB to the AZA accredited community.
If you were employed at an AZA accredited institution at any time since 2003, your participation is requested regardless of whether or not you participated in the AZA Ungulate Tuberculosis Monitoring Program. We want to most accurately reflect the opinions from the entire veterinary community belonging to AZA accredited institutions - please participate even if a colleague at your zoological institution already completed a survey. This is the same survey that was distributed at the 2008 AAZV annual conference in Los Angeles. If you already participated, thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to support health initiatives in the AZA accredited zoological community!
